For over two decades, clients have benefited from my work in personal training, functional rehabilitation, and neuromuscular stretching. After beginning my journey in Gdańsk, I established my practice in East Hampton in 1999. By combining strength, mobility, and recovery, I support athletes, rehabilitation patients, and seniors alike. My holistic approach not only delivers lasting results but also fosters deeper awareness of physical potential. Many clients return year after year, proving the effectiveness of the methods and the trust built over time.
I specialize in personal training, functional rehabilitation, and my original method of Therapeutic Neuromuscular Stretching, developed through years of practice and experience. My work is guided by a holistic approach – treating the body as a whole and combining strength, flexibility, and recovery.
I work with athletes, rehabilitation patients, and seniors. My clients are people who want to regain mobility after injury, improve their fitness, increase range of motion, or simply live healthier, more active lives. Many of them have been training with me for years, which reflects both the effectiveness of my methods and the trust I’ve built over time.
I grew up in Gdańsk, where my interest in movement began during intensive Navy-led survival and physical training camps as part of the Marine Merchant School program. In 1999, I moved to the United States seeking new opportunities and unexpectedly found my place in East Hampton. My first job involved assisting people with medical and mobility challenges, which strengthened my understanding of functional care. Soon after, I transitioned into fitness, working in local gyms before establishing my own practice. These experiences shaped my holistic approach, combining movement, rehabilitation, and hands-on therapeutic work to help clients improve strength, mobility, and confidence.
My work is grounded in a blend of academic training and hands-on practice.
My massage therapy training included:
This allows me to work safely with injuries, scar tissue, adhesions, and movement restrictions.
I have over 12 years of continuous experience working with clients in East Hampton, including:
Many clients stay with me for years, reflecting trust and consistent results.
Therapeutic Neuromuscular Stretching (TNS) is my original method, created by combining insights from personal training and clinical massage. It integrates:
A full session lasts one hour and focuses on:
A large part of my work is based on palpation. Through touch, I evaluate how muscles glide, where adhesions form, and how tissues respond. I often describe my approach with the phrase “my hands are my eyes“. This sensitivity allows me to locate scar tissue, inflammation, and dysfunctional patterns that often remain invisible on the surface.
I never isolate a single muscle. The body works as a system. Restriction in the hip can cause back pain, and limited ankle mobility can affect gait. My work focuses on restoring global balance, not chasing symptoms.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients facing challenges ranging from everyday discomfort to severe injuries.
A young athlete suffered from a hamstring injury for more than a year, despite medical visits and physical therapy. Through deep tissue work, I identified and broke up adhesions between the hamstring muscles, restoring full range and eliminating pain.
A client who had been told she might never walk again began training with me from a wheelchair. Over months of functional rehab, she progressed to walking with a single crutch and regained significant muscle strength and control.
Experience a sanctuary designed for your body and mind. Each session blends training, therapy, and recovery, helping you restore balance, release tension, and discover lasting strength, resilience, and vitality.
