I am Albin Polkowski and I am personal trainer and rehabilitation specialist based in East Hampton since 1999. For over 20 years I’ve helped clients build strength, mobility and long-term resilience. My practice blends personal training, functional rehabilitation, and my original Therapeutic Neuromuscular Stretching method to support athletes, rehab clients and seniors. Every plan begins with a structured assessment, clear goals and load progression, followed by recovery strategies that fit daily life. I work in English and Polish, coordinate care with physicians/therapists when needed, and keep detailed session notes to track outcomes. The aim is simple: safer movement, measurable progress and confidence in your body’s capacity.
I provide personal training, functional rehabilitation, and my signature neuromuscular stretching. Each session combines professionalism and individual care, supporting recovery, improving fitness, and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for every client at any age.
